How the Census works: a bot reads the sweep address on Solana, totals each wallet's swept dust, applies the per-wallet cap, and publishes the ranking. The raw inputs and the ranking script are public, so anyone can re-run the numbers and check our math. "Funniest dust" — the most absurd thing anyone sweeps in — is judged by the community, not the bot.
